A workshop for parents and teachers of children 0 - 8 yrs.

In this highly hands-on and interactive workshop, participants will learn mindful ways to nurture a smart and happy child with proven, evidence-based and cost-effective techniques at home or in the classroom!
At the end of the workshop, learners will be able to:
- Apply mindful communication strategies.
- Practise Mindful movements to improve mind-body connection.
- Learn specific activities that can enhance brainpower
- Instil "happy genes" in a child.
