Methods and Strategies
The 3-hour interactive workshop combines Vocal Exploration, Music and Movement, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Brain Compatible Strategies, Positive Language, Fitness Fun with Body Alphabet, A-Z Positive Affirmations, Relaxation exercises and Creative Story-telling techniques.

Take Home Skills
You will learn how positive play that focuses on brain-body-balance fun can engage you and your child. You will also understand better the importance of giving constructive feedback to your child. When giving instructions you will create a more positive effect and through gestures, expressions, language and breathing you will build rapport with your child. As you nurture your child’s communication, he or she will learn from you inhibitory control skills to better express his or her best self.
