The Founder
Hi, I’m Hasnah A. Rahman, known as Has AR.
I am a Speaker, Author, Self-Leadership and Communications Coach, and the Founder of Positive Focus®.
With over 28 years of experience, I empower children, parents, educators, and leaders to build confidence, emotional intelligence, and courageous communication through brain-based, heart-led approaches grounded in neuroscience, positive psychology, NLP, and mindful expression.
As the Founder & Director of Positive Focus Pte. Ltd., my mission is to empower individuals to overcome challenges, unlock their potential, and create lasting positive impact through self-leadership and conscious communication.

My story began as a single mother facing fear and uncertainty. Determined to help my son overcome learning challenges, I immersed myself in therapies and techniques that later became the foundation of my life’s work.
Today, I am proud to see him thriving, graduating with a double degree in Law and Liberal Arts from Yale-NUS and NUS Law in 2021.
This lived experience fuels my commitment to helping others turn their challenges into breakthroughs, one child, one family, one community at a time.
It shaped my understanding that transformation begins from within. When identity shifts, performance follows. When confidence strengthens, expression becomes natural.
